Most fantastic place in the area! The food is just great, especially the mixed antipasti plate but also everything else is delicious. The cook and owner Angelo is an outstanding cook and his wife is just lovely. They are so welcoming and friendly! Also, Angelo speaks German fluently which can be helpful for tourists. It's not cheap but also not very expensive ! A primo or secondo piatto costs about 12 to 15 . I can only highly recommend this typically Italian restaurant with the most fantastic view over Vallecrosia, the hills and the sea.

Staying in Perinaldo we certainly wanted to check the local places and what a fabulous find ‘I Pianeti Di Giove’ has been!!The place is beautiful and decorated by Angelo, the chef and owner, to perfection.We sat outside, had a beautiful view of the little garden and the whole valley!The food is absolutely gorgeous, cooked to perfection by Angelo using fresh seasonal ingredients and carefully selected fresh cheeses and meats Angelo and his team are very welcoming, it’s such a pleasure to chat and learn about his Sardinian roots and his past We already been twice but we no doubt will go again for sure before we leave!If you’re in the area we can fully recommend this beautiful little gem

We ate here in summer 2022 and were lucky to get a table without a reservation. The food was amazing and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I hope we get to come back next time we are in Perinaldo.Probably the best dinner I ever had!

We booked an evening at the Osservatorio Astronomico of Perinaldo, and asked the astronomers where can we have a nice bite before (Perinaldo is rather small and far from anyplace, so better to ask). They suggested Pianetti di Giove and it was a great suggestion. Be sure to phone in advance so that you have a table, the place is highly requested. The location is very panoramic, we had a table overlooking the sea and Valecrosia, 20km away. The owner (sarda - from Sardegna) was very kind and communicative, we highly recommend the goat with lemon (long-stewed morsels of goat with lemon, a delicacy from the cuoco -Antonio- who came by at the end of the dinner to say hello and ask if everything was ok). Will return there any time we visit Perinaldo, actually we might visit Perinaldo only to have the opportunity of another dinner. Thank you!
